Tomato and Tempeh Party

I’ve had a tomato party. I’ve cooked tempeh a lot. Why not both?

This time I had more than one kind of tomato to use, so the look of the tomato party is a heck of a lot better.

In the second bowl I cooked a red onion, tossed in a handful of sweet mini peppers, tempeh, and tempeh bacon. Yes, Otto, that’s a thing. It’s smokey and pretty tasty. The seasoning is salt and pepper with some dried limes. Simple and easy.
