I was so excited to eat this, I started and then remembered I wanted to grab a photo.
What we have are an onion, two bell peppers, and two hot peppers, all thinly sliced and cooked down with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, Chinese Five Spice, salt and pepper. Once that was done, it all went into a bowl and was tossed while I chopped tofu and cooked it until it was a little crispy and brown. The tofu was seasoned with soy sauce and some dried lime dust.
Mix the tofu into the bowl so everything flavors everything, serve over rice and enjoy.
