Salmon, Cauliflower, Batter Bread

My wife made the bread and says it was ‘an accident.’ She’s really very good at Batter Bread, which is a simple yeast-less bread she makes in a cast iron pan. The problem was we had no flour (it was right after Passover) and she used something else instead which made it too sweet.

The salmon was broiled and the cauliflower was baked. They were both tossed with allspice, salt, pepper, olive oil, and green zatar.
