Banana Bread

“I want bread!”

I could hear my wife roll her eyes. We were flying out the next day and I wanted bread. Of course. But I wanted banana bread, damn it. We had three bananas, well ripe, and I knew a decent no-mixer recipe. Here you go:

Put the oven on 350, grease a pan, mix all the ingredients with a fork, bake for an hour.

And bring it on a plane.
