Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Fresh Figs

Actually, roasted sweet potatoes and fresh pears. It’s November. No fresh figs. So I hunted and googled and decided pears would be a nice replacement. If I do this with pears again, which I might, I’m going to pan sear them first and make them a little softer.

The recipe calls for cheese and I didn’t want that for this particular dish. I also used pre-seasoned tahini (not included in the photo) because we had it and it is so amazingly yummy.
