This dish is rice, lentils, onions, and maybe some yogurt if you want. It’s also absolutely divine. It’s very time consuming to fry the damn onions, but if you get them right, they’re crisp and crunchy and melt. I accidentally made half again as much as we needed, so I got to use them in another dish later on.
