As WBEZ pointed out, they only did 120 tweets in four hours (the extra 0 I had was a typo, my apologies!), which is still a tweet every 2 minutes. And that’s still a lot of stuff to sort through in between your other twitter feeds.
If the question twitter asks is “What are you doing right now?” the answer to LiveTweeting is “Too much.”
